Employees should be the first customers

We will have a better organization when we finally understand that our employees are the company and that the first customers we must satisfy are our employees.

However, bad bosses can cause the resignation of the best talent, affect the quality of work, lower productivity and results. The Gallup Agency, in a recent study, warns that in many cases people in positions of authority have not been trained to take care of their staff or are part of an unhealthy structure.

Applying the Pareto Law, 80% of the problems of an organization are its personnel, and 80% of the causes of these problems are their bosses. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a generation of leaders, not bosses, who satisfy the needs of their collaborators and efficiently coordinate their work teams.

Without teams there are no results. Teambuilding is a methodology for high performance teams that, in an experiential and anadragogic way, develops leadership skills and integrates work teams.
